How do I invite team members?

Better i18n is built for teams. Invite translators, developers, and managers to collaborate on your translations.

Sending an invitation

  1. Go to your organization page (click your org name in the top-left)
  2. Click the Members tab
  3. Click "Invite Member"
  4. Enter the person's email address
  5. Select their role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
  6. Click Send Invite

The person will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Invitation states

After sending, you can track invitations in the Pending Invites tab:

State Meaning
Pending Invitation sent, waiting for the person to accept
Accepted Person joined — they now appear in the Members tab
Expired Invitation was not accepted within the time limit

What team members can do

All team members can:

  • View all projects in the organization
  • Edit translations in the translation editor
  • Use AI translation
  • View sync history and language coverage

Specific permissions depend on their role — see Roles and permissions.

Managing members

On the Members tab you can:

  • Change role — click the role dropdown next to a member's name
  • Remove member — click the three-dot menu → Remove

Only Owners and Admins can manage members.
