Managing your subscription
- Go to your organization page → Billing tab
- View your current plan and usage
- Click Upgrade to switch to a higher plan
Billing is handled through Stripe. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel your subscription from the billing page.
Upgrading
When you upgrade:
- Changes take effect immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period
- All new limits apply instantly
Downgrading
When you downgrade:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- If you exceed the new plan's limits, you'll need to reduce usage before the period ends
- No data is deleted — but features may become inaccessible
Free tier limits
The free tier is generous enough for small projects and solo developers. When you approach limits, you'll see warnings in the dashboard.
If you exceed limits:
- Keys: You can't add new keys, but existing ones continue to work
- Members: You can't invite new members
- AI translations: AI translation is paused until the next month
Enterprise
For large teams or special requirements, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan with dedicated support, SLAs, and custom limits.
